Apart from poor punctuation and grammar the only other thing wrong with the above email extract is that if you respond and try to claim your prize you're likely to have your bank accounts emptied and your identity stolen.
Lottery scams prey on everyone's desire for riches and lead many into financial ruin. The scams started by phone and mail and now take the form of unsuspecting emails in the digital age.
An old addage: "If its too good to be true, it often is." Sorry.
